Work examples

Salesforce examples I can defend.

Sanitized examples from Salesforce reporting, data hygiene, admin workflow, and documentation work. Names and sensitive org details are removed; the shape of the work is preserved for consulting conversations.

Work examples

Three selected Salesforce projects.

Client names and sensitive org details are removed. Each example reflects Salesforce work I completed, verified, and documented.

01
REPORTING + AUTOMATION

Untangled pipeline targets and rollup reporting

Pipeline dashboards depended on target records, workbook assumptions, and divisional rollups that no longer aligned. I traced the live logic, preserved intentional business exceptions, corrected report filters and rollups, and verified the final numbers in production.

  • Separated target-record issues from report-filter and rollup behavior.
  • Preserved approved business exceptions instead of forcing a clean-looking hierarchy.
  • Left rollout, verification, and admin runbook artifacts behind.

02
DATA HYGIENE + ADMIN VISIBILITY

Built a cleanup dashboard for stale ownership

Open opportunities were tied to inactive users or missing key assignments. I repaired broken report logic, rebuilt the dashboard around actionable exception counts, and used reversible update files to clean only the safe records.

  • Repaired report logic that looked valid in metadata but failed at runtime.
  • Separated safe update candidates from rows needing human review.
  • Kept backup, rollback, runtime checklist, and dashboard artifacts separate.

ADMIN GOVERNANCE + USER SETUP

Created a safer Salesforce user setup path

Admins needed a clearer way to create users from employee and training data. I built guided flows that surfaced only ready records, blocked incomplete data, avoided duplicate links, and documented the process for future admins.

  • Made ready, blocked, not-eligible, and already-linked states explicit.
  • Kept incomplete source data out of the user-creation path.
  • Verified active Screen Flow versions and Admin Console wiring.

Use these to scope the conversation.

Each example is sanitized, but gives us a concrete place to talk about how I approach Salesforce work, what I verified, and what I documented.
